We would definitely recommend expressions by design to other people. They were easy to work with and were not overly precious about ‘their solution’ but instead wanted a solution that would work for us with a family of six. They had good practical ideas as well as being very contemporary in the design they offered so we are very happy.

He Says: After renovating our home and creating a new space that extended out from the original house, what we realised we needed was some form of flexible storage that would both look good and fit within our home.

She Says: After looking around, we discovered that it was just as affordable to have custom furniture tailored to our space and requirements as it was to buy something of a similar size and function ready made.

He Says: We talked with the people from Expressions By Design and we thought that they were the easiest to work with and the best. They turned up when they said they would and had plenty of great ideas.

She Says: I really liked the choice of colours Expressions by Design provided - we could pretty much have anything we wanted which just was not possible with ready made furniture.

He Says: One of the really great things about working with Expressions By Design was that we found they were not overly precious with their ideas. They were willing to listen to what we wanted - we had to have a certain functionality with our family. They could understood that and came up with workable solutions.

She Says: The fashion at the moment is glossy but this really did not work for us with four children as we wanted something that would not show scratches or fingerprints so easily. Expressions by Design suggested a Laminex bench top which is not perhaps an obvious choice but it is hard wearing and now that it is in, it looks quite trendy and fashionable too so we were very happy with their advice.

Compact Kitchen Make-over
Rather than say ‘what is it you want’ when we didn’t really know they came up with some great ideas and to choose from which in turn inspired our own ideas. To help paint the picture, the consultant came with a whole kit and the stuff that he was showing us was right on the money.
